With the recent Covid-19 (Corona Virus) situation, we will be operating under the mandates from the Ohio Department of Health, CDC, Allen County Health Dept, Governor, Toledo District Golf Association, and the USGA. Bluffton management has implemented the following procedures and changes. These MUST be followed by everyone or we may be forced to close:
Proshop / Tee Times
Clubhouse is now OPEN. Enter Lower door to use the Bathroom (Please), and stay in the cordoned off area. Bathrooms will be cleaned and disinfected hourly, or as mandated.
We encourage everyone to make a tee time online and pay with a Credit Card. Season Pass holders can reserve online then use a Credit Card or Club Credit to pay for Carts if necessary upon arrival.
Anyone can place their card on file in our system. It is PCI compliant and we do NOT have access to your card info, only the processing bank stores it encrypted. This will allow you to call or make prepaid tee times in the future as well.
Season Pass Holders may purchase Club Credit with a BONUS. for just $200 and you will receive $230 of Club Credit on your account, which can then be used to pay cart fees (when you call to make tee times) or for anything purchased while at the course, without any money or cards changing hands.
The practice green and range are now open. Please adhere to 6 feet distancing policy.
Tee Times will now be available from 07:30am – 07:30pm.
Please check yourself for a fever before you arrive at the golf course. If you have a fever, cough, or feel sick, please stay home and follow Health Department Guidelines.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to tee time and check-in with the staff at the club house.
Avoid contact with others and do NOT approach the first tee until your assigned tee time.
If you are family that live together and/or drove together to the golf course then we encourage you to share a cart. All others have the option of sharing or using separate carts.
We encourage everyone to consider walking the golf course to help the Social Distancing situation and improve your own health.
We have limited supplies of golf accessories, drinks, snacks, and menu food items, due to all the uncertainty right now.
Please remain at least 6 ft. from other golfers at all times.
All carts are sanitized BEFORE and AFTER rounds.
No flag sticks can be touched! We have implemented a Foam Rubber Bumper (Pool Noodle) system which prevents the ball from going completely in the hole. If your ball hits the bumper inside the hole, around the bottom of the flag, it is considered HOLED OUT. This is compliant with the New Ruling from the USGA. The GHIN system is taking these into consideration.
Please refrain from shaking hands, before, during, and after your rounds. Please be kind, but everyone understands the current Social Distancing Situation.
Please maintain social distancing before and after the round of golf, when enjoying food and beverages.
Enjoy your round! God Bless Everyone
